These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of the digital theology program offered by The Lampstand Institute of Biblical Studies. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
The product
The product is a self-paced digital theology program consisting of study modules and written biblical resources. Everything is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.
License
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own non-commercial study. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share access credentials, or reproduce the materials for groups or organizations without written permission.
Payment
The program is a single one-time payment of $37. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or program tiers. Optional companion guides and customer offers are separate purchases. Payments are processed securely by Stripe through Hydra Payments Hub.
Refunds
If the program is not right for you, contact productadvice.info@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund every cent, for any reason. No forms and no questions. Your access is lifetime, and the guarantee period does not limit your access.
Access and availability
Access is granted immediately after purchase and is intended to be lifetime. We may move, update, or improve the delivery platform and materials. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
No accreditation
The program is study material only. It is not a degree, it does not carry academic credit, no certificate or diploma is issued, and it is not endorsed by any university, denomination, or licensing body.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the materials is limited to the amount you paid for them. The materials are provided for study purposes and do not constitute professional, legal, or pastoral advice.
Governing law
