Privacy Policy

This policy explains what The Lampstand Institute of Biblical Studies collects, why, and what rights you have over your data.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address, so we can deliver your access link and support you.
  • Purchase data such as order reference, amount, and date.
  • Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited.

Why we collect it

To deliver the program you bought, to answer support requests, to process refunds, to keep records required by law, and to measure how our advertising performs.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe through Hydra Payments Hub. Card details are entered in Stripe's secure payment form; we never see or store your card number. Your email, selected products and payment reference are sent to the hub to process your order and email your download links.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies for essential site function and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, operator of Facebook and Instagram) to measure and improve our advertising. We send Meta the pages you view on this site, add-to-cart and checkout events, and completed purchases with their value and payment reference. Hydra Payments Hub measures product views, checkout progress, purchases and optional offer choices using session and visitor identifiers. Advertising identifiers such as Meta browser and click cookies may be shared with the hub for advertising measurement. We do not upload customer lists. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some functions may stop working.

Data retention

We keep purchase records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and your purchase email for as long as you may request fresh download links.

Your rights

  • Access: ask what data we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention duties.
